Saeed Al-Shahrani, the coach of Al-Ettifaq, stressed the difficulty of his team’s upcoming match against Al-Ittihad, which will take place in the 29th round of the Roshen Saudi League tomorrow, Monday.
Al-Shahrani stated in his remarks at the pre-match press conference that the match against Al-Ittihad is different this season and beyond expectations.
He added: “The match against Al-Ittihad is considered one of the anticipated matches, as it is one of the competitive matches with teams that are competing for the top of the league.”
He continued: “We have prepared well for the match against Al-Ittihad, and we aim to establish the identity of Al-Ettifaq despite the limited time.”
He concluded: “The match against Al-Ittihad this season is completely different from last season, as the opponent is a good team and leading the league, and the match will not be easy like last season when Al-Ettifaq won by five goals.”
